Position summary: To set quality appointments for members to meet with the developer’s Representatives. To act in a professional and courteous manner to members and coworkers.
Contacts existing members via telephone to set appointments.
Demonstrates working knowledge of scripts and rebuttals used by Premier to be effective in setting quality appointments.
Remains open minded to new marketing strategies and techniques.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Completes tasks (assignments) on time.
Understands key performance indicators such as Show Rate, Talk Time, Number of Dials, Select Shows, and Shows Per Hour.
Strives to become more efficient in bookings and increase shows per hour.
Strives to reach required performance goals set by management.
